Pescara Meeting was born from the experience of hotel operators who have been organizing MICE events in the territory for over 20 years. We have created the first single booking center for integrated hotel accommodation for the Pescara and Province destination, with operational headquarters in the hotel district of Montesilvano.

It depends on the size of the event. For groups up to 200 people, 2-3 months is sufficient. For events with over 500 participants we recommend 6-12 months in advance.
Payments are made directly to the individual hotel structure by the organization. You only pay us the percentage commission on the final number of participants, after departure.
Yes, we work with associations and organizations that organize annual events. We can define dedicated conditions and multi-year calendars.
We manage variations during the event thanks to the aggregated availability of multiple structures. Our system allows flexibility on any numbers.
